All goods to be paid in full via Pay Pal and verified before goods are dispatched.
All custom made goods to be paid in full via Pay Pal before they are custom made and shipped to you in the agreed time
All goods are made to order and will be shipped to you in the stated and agreed two to three week period.
In addition to your standard legal rights we offer a full refund for any faulty item but require photographic evidence of the problem. Please send your photo attachment via email with a description of the fault to first so we can assess the problem
We will then contact you to finalize the return details
The item should be returned in its original packaging with all labels still attached.
The item being returned should be unworn, unsoiled and undamaged in any way.
The item should be returned within 14 days of purchase at your own expense, we will refund the cost of postage if a replacement is deemed necessary.
If we find the item to be in perfect condition it will be returned to the customer.
We do not offer a refund for any item if you have simply changed your mind, however as a good will gesture we will offer you a credit note once the item has been returned within 14 days.
Any custom made item where the measurements have been supplied by you the customer are non returnable.
How do I return an item?

stitched to it which tells you how to keep your purchase in
top condition. We will not be held responsible for a change in the condition of your item if you do not follow the care instructions.
